How to Remove a Stuck Hayward Super II Pump Lid (SP3100T)

Why is my Hayward Super II pump lid stuck?

How to remove a stuck Super II pump lid, step by step

- Turn the pump off at the breaker. Never wrestle with a pump lid while the system can start up.
- Relieve system pressure. Open the air relief valve on your filter and let it hiss down to zero.
