The Neptune Variable Speed Motor provides a way to convert a compatible existing pool pump from single-speed operation to variable-speed operation while retaining the pump's existing wet end. The integrated design combines the motor, variable-speed control, and user interface into a single replacement assembly.

The NPTQ270 configuration is rated at 2.7 THP with an 11.1A service-factor current rating and 81% system efficiency. Its onboard interface supports up to seven daily schedules, adjustable priming time and speed, and fine speed adjustments for matching pump operation to system requirements.
